VIDEO AND PHOTO SESSIONS

Appointment slot will be confirmed upon receipt of your summit registration and travel itinerary. First registration, first served.
Please
re-confirm your time slot appointment at the FWN Secretariat after your hotel check-in and
provide us your cell phone and hotel room number. Or email us at fwn100@ffwn.org.
We need your full cooperation so we can fill all time slots as we are held to the videographer and photographer contractual schedules.
- Individual Time allotment: 10-15 minutes for video interviews; 5-10 minutes for photo sessions.
- Please arrive “camera ready” with your make-up and hairstyle done. We may be able to secure the services of a make-up / hairstylist on-site for a separate fee. Please advise if you wish to take advantage of this service. More sign-ups will mean a more reasonable fee.
Suggested Attire:
- Filipiniana attire suggested or an outfit reflecting your profession (chef, military uniform, lab coat, etc). If you plan to wear different outfits for your video and photo sessions, please plan accordingly.
- Please do not wear any dangling jewelry on the ears or neck that may interfere with the audio recording device.
- Avoid wearing white, bright red, tight patterned clothing or anything reflective.
- Be ON TIME. Please arrive at the designated location 15 minutes before your schedule so you can feel relaxed and beautiful! Think happy thoughts so you will project your inner beauty.
- We will be interviewing 100 amazing women, it is important that you are prompt to avoid your interview to being shortened or cancelled.
- Interview questions will be based on the nomination information provided to FWN and questions we asked you for the FWN Magazine Souvenir Issue.
- Keep your answers to the interview questions, short and to-the-point. Think "sound bites".
